After a second day of unpacking, I'm stiff and ridiculously tired. And my part of the work wasn't nearly as strenuous as what the movers did. I'm inspired by their strength! And their ability to bounce back and move someone else the next day.
I've made good progress fitness-wise by walking every day, but that doesn't build much strength. I think it's time to start adding weight training into my routine. Right after I sleep through the weekend?
