Rockpool Bar and Grill (66 Hunter St, Sydney)
Popped in to the Rockpool Bar tonight for burgers and cocktails with my pal Jenny. Their cocktail list is a great read. I tried a Logistics (hybrid of Aviation and 20th Century) and a Mai Tai… both nicely executed. The wagyu burger and the grass-fed burger were quite different, but equally tasty. Though, I’d take a Refuel burger over either any day…
